Description
The Associate Students Pastor will play a key leadership role in supporting the vision, health, and execution of The Crossing Students ministry. Working closely with the Student Ministries Pastor, this role helps translate vision into reality - driving alignment across middle school and high school ministries, strengthening systems, and developing leaders. This role is both pastoral and operational in nature, serving as a bridge between high-level vision and day-to-day ministry execution. The Associate Students Pastor will invest deeply in staff and volunteer leaders, contribute to teaching and content development, and help create a unified, healthy culture across The Crossing Students.
This position plays a key role in helping the church accomplish its mission through fostering and engaging in Godly relationships among students, parents, volunteers, congregants, staff and internal ministry teams. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in both strategy and execution. Someone who is relational, organized, spiritually mature, and passionate about developing others. The person in this role will bring a strong theological foundation, leadership instincts, and the ability to build clarity, alignment, and momentum across a growing ministry.
