What You'll Do:
As an Associate Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple customer locations. Your role supports the Senior Area Manager through training new employees, providing cleaning coverage as needed, and inspecting buildings to ensure high quality service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting quality inspection
• Maintaining high service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in facilities, hospitality, retail, logistics, property management, manufacturing, commercial cleaning, or another service industry is welcomed
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, facilities, commercial cleaning, property management, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service is welcome.
