Job Summary

Associate Analyst Supply Chain is responsible for leading supply chain projects from concept to completion, mentoring team members, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment across planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Job Description

  • Support supply chain planning and purchasing execution processes managed within ERP and advanced planning systems.

  • Execute processes to govern and validate supply chain relevant data. Build KPIs to track their impact.

  • Develop reporting to aid in supply chain planning and purchasing execution activities.

  • Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities through available technology or process redesign. Enable data-driven decision making.

  • Provide documentation of business requirements to IT teams for system and/or reporting enhancements where necessary.

  • Serve as a liaison to IT in the development of new reporting and system functionality.


Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Mathematics or Applied Statistics.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Access.

  • Basic understanding of SQL or a similar coding language.

  • Experience developing reporting in or utilizing advanced Business Intelligence tools to query data – e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, Composite Studio, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, etc.

  • Experience applying standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems.


Preferred Job Requirements:
Work Experience

  • 1 year experience in supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, or purchasing functions.

  • Experience communicating to groups of managers, clients, customers, vendors, senior managers and the general public.

  • Demonstrated experience working on improvement or analysis initiatives.


Licensure/Certifications
APICS CPIM or CSCP - Six Sigma Green Belt

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$62,000.00 - $93,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
