Job Summary
Associate Analyst Supply Chain is responsible for leading supply chain projects from concept to completion, mentoring team members, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment across planning, logistics, and inventory management.Job Description
Support supply chain planning and purchasing execution processes managed within ERP and advanced planning systems.
Execute processes to govern and validate supply chain relevant data. Build KPIs to track their impact.
Develop reporting to aid in supply chain planning and purchasing execution activities.
Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities through available technology or process redesign. Enable data-driven decision making.
Provide documentation of business requirements to IT teams for system and/or reporting enhancements where necessary.
Serve as a liaison to IT in the development of new reporting and system functionality.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Mathematics or Applied Statistics.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Access.
Basic understanding of SQL or a similar coding language.
Experience developing reporting in or utilizing advanced Business Intelligence tools to query data – e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, Composite Studio, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, etc.
Experience applying standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Work Experience
1 year experience in supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, or purchasing functions.
Experience communicating to groups of managers, clients, customers, vendors, senior managers and the general public.
Demonstrated experience working on improvement or analysis initiatives.
Licensure/Certifications
APICS CPIM or CSCP - Six Sigma Green Belt

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$62,000.00 - $93,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
