Responsibilities:

This position provides foundational coordination and support for Supply Chain operational initiatives across Piedmont Healthcare. Working under the direction of Supply Chain leadership or a senior project lead, this role assists with project documentation, meeting coordination, data collection, status tracking, communication, training logistics, and on-site implementation activities.  The position supports inventory management programs, product conversions, facility onboarding, process improvement efforts, and supply chain technology initiatives. The associate role is designed for an early-career professional who can perform defined assignments, maintain accurate records, and build knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations while contributing to consistent project execution and customer support.

Qualifications:

Education

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. 

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, inventory control, administrative coordination, customer service, project support, data reporting, or a related field; Healthcare, inventory management system, ERP, or project implementation experience preferred
• In lieu of degree a total of six (6) years of experience required
• Healthcare supply chain experience preferred
• Experience maintaining reports, trackers, presentations, meeting materials, or project documentation preferred
