Job Title: Associate Supply Chain Planning Manager (S&OE / Demand Fulfillment)

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

THE ROLE:
The Associate Supply Chain Planning Manager leads end-to-end service execution and short-term supply-demand balancing across a complex Ice Cream portfolio.
This is a high-impact, demanding role requiring a driven leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. The role owns the 0-16 week service outlook, ensuring risks are proactively identified, root-caused, and resolved through clear strategy and decisive cross-functional action.
Acting as the integrator between S&OP and S&OE, this role aligns planning with execution, driving visibility, speed, and accountability across Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Operations, and Market teams.
A key focus is delivering best-in-class service through data-driven decision-making, advanced scenario planning, and continuous improvement, while leading transformation initiatives including automation and AI-enabled insights.

WHAT YOU'LL GET:
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
