About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team and help support the daily operation, security, and continuous improvement of NAM's technology environment.
This role is ideal for an IT professional with approximately 2–4 years of experience who is looking to expand beyond traditional desktop support into enterprise systems administration and cloud technologies.
Working closely with senior IT leadership, you'll gain hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, cybersecurity tools, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise business systems while supporting employees across the organization. In addition to day-to-day operational support, you'll participate in technology projects that improve security, automation, and operational efficiency.

Salary: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour (good-faith estimate)
