What You'll Be Doing
You will be the engine of our sourcing process, identifying and engaging the technical talent that keeps our clients' businesses running.
- Sourcing & Identification: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, job boards, and social media to find top-tier IT professionals.
- Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound activity via phone calls, InMails, emails, and texts to initiate contact with prospective candidates.
- Candidate Qualification: Pre-screen talent to assess technical skills and cultural fit, setting appointments for Senior Recruiters.
- Administrative Excellence: Format resumes for client presentation, conduct reference checks, and administer technical testing.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all activities and candidate interactions within our CRM/Applicant Tracking System.
