Responsibilities:-
Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.

Conduct web research/searches.

Screen applicant resumes.

Conduct pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom.

Resume formatting.
-
Perform reference checks.
-
Solicit new clients.

Cold-calling.
-
Candidate relationship building and management.

Participate in networking events.

Read training materials and participate in training exercises.
Qualifications:-
1+ years of staffing agency work experience, ideally in Technology and Sales.
