Associate Technican

Packaging Technician – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

1st shift .
Hours are 05:30am – 2pm CST (Monday – Friday)
$18 per hour

Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer as a  Packaging Technician in a hands-on, team-based production role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following clear processes, and taking pride in quality work.

What You'll Do:

• Operate packaging and production equipment (start-up, basic adjustments, quality checks)

• Complete production and batch documentation accurately

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred (regulated environment a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills

• Ability to follow written procedures

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualif1)ications: HS Diploma or equivalent required. Analytical, scientific, and mechanical trouble shooting skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Good computer skills; Strict attention to detail and safety; Ability to lift 25 pounds on an intermittant basis. Working knowledge of aspectic technique; Understanding and awareness of USDA regulations, SOP's, and SPP's.
