Associate Technician, Quality Control - Skilled

Job Description:
The Associate Technician, Quality Control position is responsible for supporting essential laboratory functions, including cleaning glassware, restocking supplies, performing basic instrument maintenance, and preparing reagents.
You will also assist in routine analytical and microbial testing to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares reagents and solutions used for routine and non-routine analyses, such as diluents, and culture media.
Performs pH analysis on reagents and solutions needed for routine testing.
Performs routine and non-routine sampling and processing of production lines for cleaning surveillance.
Performs laboratory maintenance activities including but not limited to equipment preventative maintenance, disposal of waste, and cleaning laboratory areas.
Performs laboratory glassware cleaning and stocking activities.
Orders and logs in supplies, and reagents.
Filing and copying of records for record retention.
Performs other laboratory operations activities as needed.
