This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to strategic advisory and capital markets transactions for technology clients. The associate will work closely with senior bankers, gaining exposure to a range of M&A, equity, and debt offerings. - 3-6 years of relevant investment banking or corporate finance experience, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, demonstrated through successful transaction execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset, valuing team-oriented culture.
- Bachelor''s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in building and maintaining financial models, utilizing various valuation techniques.
