Job Summary
Launch your clinical career with a supportive team! We are seeking an enthusiastic, provisionally licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW or LGPC) to join our outpatient practice. This entry-level role is designed to help you hone your diagnostic and therapeutic skills while building a diverse clinical foundation. We provide complimentary, board-approved clinical supervision and full administrative backing, allowing you to focus completely on your clients and your professional growth. If you are passionate about high-quality mental health care and eager to learn, we want to support your journey to independent licensure!

Responsibilities 
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted license
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred - Internship included 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
