Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Illinois. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.
Many of our partner school districts serve large Spanish-speaking communities, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care is significant. If you''re bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth - this role was built for you.

The Work
You''ll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students in IL school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You''ll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.
What You Need
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required - we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)
Preferred
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$40-$50 USD
