Description
MAU is hiring an Associate Training Lead in Greenville, SC. As an Associate Training Lead, you will lead new hire training programs, deliver classroom and hands-on instruction, and ensure associates are safely and competently qualified for production and forklift operations. This is a direct-hire position.

Required Education and Experience
Associate's degree or 1-3 years of applicable manufacturing, training, or operations experience
Experience delivering training in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to train associates on production processes and forklift operations
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous experience in a forklift or production training role
Experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in manufacturing operations

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications

Essential Functions
Lead new hire orientation and classroom training for incoming associates
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all US1 production positions and forklift operations
Deliver hands-on, on-the-job training for production associates
Train new forklift operators during their first 40 hours of instruction
Assist with forklift certifications and classroom instruction
Administer production and forklift recertification programs
Assess associate progress and communicate training status to leadership
Maintain accurate training documentation and records
Update and manage the site cross-training matrix
Complete production and powered industrial equipment training validations
Participate in TAG meetings and communicate trainee progress
Maintain the Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Impact Program
Perform Safety Gemba walks and behavior-based safety observations
Reinforce OSHA compliance and safe work practices during all training activities
Coach associates on safety, quality, and job performance
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work in both office and industrial manufacturing environments
Regular interaction with manufacturing equipment and powered industrial vehicles
Work in environments ranging from non-temperature-controlled production areas to GMP clean room settings
Use standard office equipment including computers, phones, copiers, and filing systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
Frequently bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds
Strong near vision for reading instructions, manuals, and specifications
Depth perception and peripheral vision required for vehicle operation
Ability to repeatedly mount and dismount powered industrial vehicles
Travel
Occasional travel for training and professional development opportunities
