Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED – Required

• Bachelor's Degree – Preferred

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) – Required

• Bilingual (Spanish) – Preferred

• Understanding of medical terminology and procedure codes (ICD-9/10) – Required

• Knowledge of third-party insurances, government programs, and other insurance agencies for the purpose of obtaining necessary authorizations for treatment – Required

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills – Required
