We are a full-service veterinary hospital located in Gardena, CA! We strive to offer excellence in veterinary care to Gardena and surrounding areas by promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care and health-related educational opportunities for our clients.
Our medical team offers quality & compassionate care when our clients & patients are in need. We are a very collaborative team and we offer great training & mentorship for new graduates through our RISE Mentorship Program. Our program is structured & supportive. We are here to provide you with the skills needed to begin your new journey as a licensed veterinarian.

What You Can Expect:
Full-time employment with gradual caseload independence
Dual mentorship model: on-site hospital mentor + national mentorship team

Who We're Looking For:
New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support
Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location)
Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning
Qualifications
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:$140,000-$150,000
All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus
Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave
Relocation assistance available
CE reimbursement plus paid PTO for CE
Paid VIN, AVMA, and Plumb's memberships

Gardena is a city of about 60,000 people situated in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County. Today, it's known for its central location, nice weather, and abundance of cultural attractions. Pay Range
$140,000-$150,000 USD
