Associate Veterinarian – Andover, MN
An established small animal practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and supportive medical team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who values collaboration, mentorship, and high-quality patient care within a modern clinical setting. Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Conduct routine and elective surgical procedures
Educate clients on preventive care, treatment options, and overall pet wellness
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
Active Minnesota veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)
Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
