4 Day Workweek | Privately Owned | Tenured Multi-Doctor Team | Exceptional Culture

Opportunities like this are rare. A truly collaborative, privately owned small animal hospital in Chandler is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its established 8 doctor team - most of whom have been there 10+ years. This is a unicorn environment where doctors support one another, technicians are treated with genuine respect, and culture matters more than corporate metrics.

This 6,000 sq. ft. hospital is fully equipped with ultrasound, digital and dental radiology, CO₂ surgical laser, therapeutic laser, Bluetooth monitoring, IDEXX in-house lab, and Cornerstone software - giving doctors the tools to practice progressive, high-quality veterinary medicine.
Appointments are 30 minutes standard (extended for complex cases) with an average of 14-18 patients per day, allowing time to build meaningful client relationships and practice thorough medicine. Each doctor is supported by two dedicated technicians, with additional float support available. Here, collaboration is real. Doctors review radiographs together. Complex cases are discussed openly. No one practices in isolation. Technicians and CSRs are treated with the utmost respect, and cultural fit matters more than production numbers.

Schedule

4-day workweek 8-5 or 9-6 with one-hour lunch (32 hours)
Rotating Saturdays primarily wellness, no scheduled surgeries
Doctors consistently finish on time
