A well-established, privately owned small animal hospital located in Providence Village, TX, just 35 minutes north of downtown Dallas, is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join its expanding team.

Schedule & Flexibility
Full-time preferred: 4 × 10-hour days (40 hours per week)
Shift times: 8:00am6:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
Alternate Saturdays required (8:00am6:00pm)
If a Saturday is worked, a midweek day off is provided (never more than 4 days per week worked)
Essential Applicant Attributes
Licensed or eligible to receive a Texas State Veterinary Licence (DVM)
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience, with the ability to work sole charge/solo if required
Confident managing 30-minute appointments
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised care
Enthusiastic about working in a Fear Free hospital environment and willing to undertake additional training as required
Desirable Attributes
Interest in seeing both small animal and exotics (not essential if preferring small animal only)
Previous experience in a high-quality, Fear Free private practice setting
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: Negotiable, expected range $120,000$150,000
Option to work on:
Salary-only basis, or Salary + production bonus (structure negotiable based on preference)
Quarterly team bonus provided
