What You Can Expect

Competitive base salary of $130,000$160,000
22% production bonus with no negative accrual
Sign-on and relocation assistance available
Flexible schedule typically 4-day work week
Rotational Saturdays only (8:00 AM2:00 PM)
Supportive leadership and minimal micromanagement
Experienced veterinary team providing mentorship and collaboration
