Description As an Associate Veterinarian at Lyons Veterinary Clinic, you will have the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with the family and care for their pets year after year. You will deliver reliable care, perform wellness and sick appointments, and provide surgeries, diagnostics, and dental services. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to provide these services.

Experience & Skills Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD or equivalent degree required
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired before their start date
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure is eligible

About The Hospital Lyons Veterinary Clinic is a small animal general practice hospital between Rochester and Syracuse in Lyons, New York. We focus on canine and feline wellness, sick exams, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and more. Our hospital offers a healthy work environment where we invest in the future of all staff members to reach their long-term professional goals. Our clients are trusting and want the best care for their furry family members. We live by our fundamental values of trust, care, thinking, owning it, learning, and growing. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are all equally important.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Serving Lyons and Wayne County, New York. Provide your best care as a Thrive Pet Healthcare veterinarian.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $120,000 per year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
