We're seeking a Hybrid Associate Veterinarian / Medical Director to join our client's thriving, modern small animal hospital in St. Louis, MO.

You'll be joining a collaborative, experienced group in a well-equipped, full-service general practice dedicated to high-quality small animal care, with the optional opportunity to see exotics.

With a strong 3:1 veterinary technician-to-doctor ratio, you can focus on medicine and surgery, not administrative tasks or routine technical services.
Clinical Responsibilities:- Managing a varied caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
- Performing routine and advanced soft tissue procedures
- Opportunity to work with exotics (optional)

Leadership Responsibilities - Supporting hospital operations and team development
- Driving clinical standards and mentoring team members

- Hospital Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
- No after-hours on-call

Compensation & Benefits- Base salary up to $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
