We are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian looking to work within a collaborative, modern practice environment that offers both professional autonomy and strong clinical support.

• Flexible full-time schedule typically consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Hospital hours:
• MondayFriday: 8:00am6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am2:00pm (rotating Saturdays required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $150,000
• 20- 22% production bonus with no negative accrual
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• 3 weeks PTO plus additional CE leave
• $3,500 annual CE allowance

What We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Tennessee
• Comfortable performing routine surgery and dentistry, or eager to develop these skills further with mentorship support
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care
• Motivated to contribute to a growing and successful hospital team
