    Associate Veterinarian – Old Chatham, NY

     

    A well-established small animal practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative and experienced medical team.     Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive medical care for companion animal patients

    • Perform routine and elective surgical procedures

    • Develop diagnostic and treatment plans based on clinical findings

    • Communicate effectively with clients regarding medical recommendations

    • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records

    • Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure optimal patient care

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree

    • Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)

    • Strong clinical and surgical skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Commitment to high standards of patient care

    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
