Associate Veterinarian

to join our team in

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

We are currently seeking a veterinarian who can provide coverage approximately 2-3 days per week, ideally including: Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Our hospital is open: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturdays: Half days

We are happy to work with candidates to create a schedule that supports both hospital needs and personal priorities.

No On-Call Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Benefits are available for veterinarians working 30 hours or more per week.

Compensation Competitive base salary:

$120,000-$150,000 , depending on experience and schedule Production bonus Signing bonus and relocation assistance

Qualifications

Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Active Arizona veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date

Preferred Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine Strong communication and client relationship skills Collaborative and team-oriented approach to medicine

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
