A well-established small animal practice in Richardson, TX (Northeast Dallas) is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team.

  • Full-service small animal practice with a wide-ranging caseloadfrom routine wellness to surgery and diagnostics
  • Modern, well-equipped facilities including digital X-ray, in-house labs, and dental radiography
  • Flexible scheduling: Clinic hours are MondaySaturday, 8 AM6 PM, with no overnight shifts
  • Experienced, long-tenured support staff ensures efficient, team-based care
  • Emphasis on mentorship and ongoing development for early-career veterinarians

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary between $140,000 and $180,000, based on experience
  • Production bonuses with no negative accrual
  • Sign-on bonus worth $30,000 and relocation assistance available
  • 3 weeks PTO plus 1 week of paid CE
  • $3,500 annual CE allowance
