What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for a variety of patients, including dogs, cats, and exotic animals (small mammals, reptiles, birds, etc.).
Diagnose and treat illnesses, perform routine and complex surgeries, and ensure top-tier patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a team of 12 dedicated professionals, including experienced technicians and support staff.
Educate pet owners on preventative care, treatment plans, and post-surgical care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards.
What We’re Looking For:
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Pennsylvania.
Experience working with both small and exotic animals is preferred.
Must be comfortable performing surgeries (spays, neuters, soft tissue, etc.).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client communication and team collaboration abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $100K – $125K + Production Incentives
