Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
  • ProSal compensation model (20 - 22% production)
  • Quarterly production payouts
  • Opportunity for compensation review after 90 days
  • Extra day pay available for additional shifts worked outside the regular schedule

Paid Time Off & Flex Time

  • DVMs begin with three weeks of PTO, accrued based on schedule factor
  • Separate compensated Flex Time available for personal time, holidays, sick leave, vacation, or continuing education
  • Full-time DVMs: 6 days annually
  • Part-time DVMs: 2 days annually

Continuing Education

  • Full-time DVMs: $2,500 CE allowance annually
  • Part-time DVMs: $1,250 CE allowance annually
  • Paid CE days included

Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice

Hospital opening hours

  • Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
