Practice Overview

What You’ll Be Working On

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of shelter animal cases

• Perform general wellness exams and surgeries

• Prescribe necessary medications for patients

• Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care

• Guide and utilize exceptional support staff

• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required

• Being licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Washington

• 2 years of experience working in GP

• New graduates are also welcome to apply!

• Strong surgical skills in dentistry and soft tissue

• Experience with client communication

• Strong diagnostic skills

• Capable of handling basic emergencies for dogs and cats
