Associate Warehouse / Parts Runner (2025-1042)

 

Role Overview

 

• As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and parts for all projects. You’ll handle timely pick-ups and deliveries for installation jobs, returns, and warranty items, while processing paperwork and managing scrap disposal from job sites.

• You’ll also assist in staging projects, recovering equipment, and keeping our facility and vehicles in top shape, ensuring that parts and materials are restocked and ready for use. What You Bring

 

• You maintain a clean, valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

• You are detail-oriented and highly organized, able to multitask with exceptional follow-through.

• You are a self-motivated, positive team player who takes initiative and gets things done.

• You can read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals accurately.

• You can write routine reports and correspondence clearly and professionally.

• You are comfortable calculating figures and measurements to assist with installations or plumbing jobs.

• You can solve practical problems, even in situations with limited standardization.

• You have experience with data entry, spreadsheet, and word processing software.

• You are comfortable working in various weather conditions, supporting field operations whenever needed.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• You will pull, stage, load, and deliver materials and equipment for installations and projects, reviewing job sheets and service tickets to ensure accuracy.

• Assisting in loading trucks and coordinating with warehouse staff and technicians, you ensure timely and accurate delivery to assigned jobsites.

• You handle warranty and return parts or equipment, loading items with required paperwork, delivering them to vendors, and securing completed documentation.

• You pick up paperwork, parts, materials, and equipment from jobsites, vendors, and suppliers, following daily schedules for deliveries and trash pickups.

• You maintain the warehouse and delivery vehicles, keeping spaces clean, organized, and safe.

• You manage warehouse assets, including tools and equipment, overseeing check-in/check-out procedures and conducting daily vehicle inspections.

• You receive and process parts, materials, or equipment for stock or specific jobs, restocking returned items and labeling materials for warranty or returns.

• Process receiving tickets and documentation according to established procedures, ensuring your accurate record-keeping.
