Position Goals:

Perform routine, essential administrative officer duties with Wealth Manager oversight. Duties include preparation, monitoring and maintenance of client records and data, client service and other standard administrative duties. Individual will be assigned specific accounts to support and build an understanding of client relationships in a Wealth Management role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Function as an essential member of the relationship management team, working with lead officers and portfolio managers for a specific group of clients.
  • Assist other officers with wealth management duties.
  • Build relationship management acumen by proactively seeking development and coaching opportunities, including but not limited to observation, joint calls and training.
  • Support the development of new business and confer with potential customers.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Professional development through continuing education, seminars, conferences and related training to promote learning and development.

Position Requirements:

Education - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management or related field.

Experience - One (1) to three (3) years of wealth management related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Advanced degree or industry related certifications.
