Job Overview

Manages client accounts, develops relationships, identifies sales opportunities, and assists senior team members in achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

• Lead & Manage Sales, Marketing in the region
• Developing lasting customer relationships to identify business trends & driving growth programs such as design-in, drop-in & share gain.
• Design & Execute activities like tradeshows / seminars / Technology Days.
• Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of RM, products
• Responsible for efficient management of receivable / payment collection, DSO
• Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to relevant functional departments, to ensure smooth implementation
• Preparation of detailed account plan for key accounts
• Responsible for consistently adding new opportunities and growing the opportunity funnel
• Responsible for managing the opportunities at each stage - from concept to production by collaborating across teams
• Responsible for managing key metrices in SFDC such as pipeline, conversion, must wins
• Delivering Extraordinary Customer experience to CLS customers
• Perform Competitor analysis
• Knowhow of Appliance Industry.
• Market Analysis of Business Verticals (HVAC & appliance sub verticals - Refrigeration, Washing machines etc) and Develop strategy to increase TE Content
• Know-how of Electronics & Electrical Architecture, Wiring Harness/ Connector.
• Close coordination with OEM's Product Engineering & Operations.
• Flexible for all modes of working- Hybrid/ Work from Home
• Experience of working with Appliance OEM is preferred- Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels through all functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving, strategic and tactical thinking and analytical skills
• Understand OEM working culture , competition stand in detail and able to drive appropriate tactics for growth short and long term

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Combination of Sales, & Engineering experience preferred
• Candidate should be from component supplier background

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
