Asst. Maintenance Tech. - Arbor Hills

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 136-unit Senior Living Community is looking for an Asst. Maintenance Technician.  Assists and works under the direct supervision of the Lead Maintenance Tech providing excellent customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.  Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas using company supplied materials and machinery.  Responsible for physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy and ensures the company standard completion of make ready apartments.   Experience in painting preferred.  At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.  EPA and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description. Must be able to be on call.
