Asst manager/ Bartender

Your Role:
As Assistant Manager/Bartender, you'll balance hands-on bartending with front-of-house leadership responsibilities:

• Craft quality cocktails and serve beverages with expertise and flair
• Lead and mentor bartending and service staff by example
• Manage shift operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling coordination
• Maintain high standards for customer service, food safety, and bar operations
• Support inventory management and cash handling
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
• Troubleshoot guest concerns and ensure exceptional experiences

We're looking for someone with bartending experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Leadership experience is a plus, but your attitude and commitment to the team matter most.
