Responsibilities:
Conducts factual and legal analysis of domestic and sexual violence and child abuse reports submitted by law enforcement agencies to determine whether charges should be filed based on the facts and the law; represents the State of Missouri at docket calls, jury trials, and grand jury proceedings; manages assigned cases; maintains proficiency in Missouri and Federal law.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree
Valid license to practice law in the State of Missouri
Experience with domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse cases
Experience or training specializing in trauma-informed interviews, interviewing children and vulnerable individuals, and handling sensitive, high-stakes investigations
Preferred Skills:
Three plus years of criminal litigation with a focus on felonies.
Starting Salary Range:
$92,435 - $99,112
