Job Description
Assistant Superintendent
Take ownership of a designated project scope and drive it from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field activities to maintain production goals. Partner with Senior Superintendents to ensure quality, schedule, and safety objectives are achieved. Oversee key portions of construction including structure, framing, MEP, drywall, and finishes. Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is executed accurately. Manage site logistics, deliveries, manpower, and trade sequencing. Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget. Conduct site walks and enforce all project safety standards. Track progress and maintain accurate field reporting and documentation. Help deliver a best-in-class multifamily community from groundbreaking through turnover.

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 6+ years of construction experience in field leadership roles.
- Ground-up multifamily, apartment, or hospitality construction experience required.
- Strong concrete and wood-frame construction experience.
- Ability to independently lead a portion of a large-scale project.
- Knowledge of all phases of construction from sitework through final finishes.
- Experience managing subcontractor performance and project coordination.
- Proficiency with Procore and/or construction management software preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
