We are an established, family-owned CPA firm that has served Texas businesses for decades. Unlike many larger firms, decisions are made locally, partners remain actively involved with clients, and our professionals have a genuine opportunity to influence the future of the firm. We believe long-term client relationships and exceptional service are built by investing in our people.

If you're an experienced Assurance Manager looking for more meaningful client relationships, greater influence on firm decisions, a realistic path to partnership, and a healthier balance between work and life, we'd like to meet you.

We are a respected, family-owned CPA firm in downtown Fort Worth serving privately held businesses and high-net-worth clients throughout Texas. Our managers aren't just engagement managers — they are trusted advisors, leaders, and future partners.

The Assurance Manager plays a critical role in the firm’s audit and assurance practice. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who thrives in a people-focused environment, can handle multiple assurance engagements with confidence, and enjoys creating a confident, welcoming experience for both clients and staff. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned CPA who enjoys working directly with business owners, leading engagement teams, developing staff, and helping clients navigate complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
