DMLO has a great opportunity for an Assurance Senior in our Louisville, KY or Jeffersonville, IN office. This position offers outstanding potential for growth and the opportunity to work with clients of various sizes, stages and industries throughout the region.ResponsibilitiesPerforming and completing field work including preparation of workpapers for a variety of financial statement engagementsProviding analysis of account balances and documenting findingsAssisting in drafting reports including footnotesSupporting training of staff members, offering guidance and directionWorking with clients in gaining an understanding of their business to apply the appropriate accounting and auditing standards in the preparation of workpapersConducting research on technical accounting issuesDeveloping external relationships and building a network of peersQualifications2+ years audit experience in a public accounting firmBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA license preferred, but not requiredWell-rounded knowledge of accounting principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntegrity and strong work ethicTimely and accurate with close attention to detailAbility to balance multiple priorities wellTeam focusWith 60+ CPAs and over 150 employees, DMLO CPAs is the largest locally‑owned accounting firm in the Louisville area.
