Diversified Support Services (DSS) is seeking an Production Technician to support daily production and facility operations in Birmingham, Alabama. This role plays a key part in manufacturing, documentation, and compliance activities within a regulated cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced setting and enjoys handson operational work that directly impacts product quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Follow company policies and apply proper operating and maintenance procedures.
- Perform and document production using company standards.
- Complete reports, logs, and maintain accurate records of process operations and preventative maintenance.
- Work safely and efficiently throughout assigned shifts while meeting regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience; pharmacy or CGMP background preferred.
- Strong problemsolving, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Ability to work in an ISO 8 Class cleanroom with proper gowning and PAPR use.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
Schedule & Pay
- Fulltime, hourly position.
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:300 PM.
- Pay range: $18–$22 per hour.
