As an AT&T Entry Level Account Manager, your training focuses on making AT&T’s services understandable to every customer. You'll learn needs assessment, account management, plus the sales skills to recognize when a customer needs an upgrade. We'll also teach the AT&T Entry Level Account Manager with account documentation, follow-up systems, and customer education that actually works.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Entry Level Account Manager
- Introduce customers to AT&T’s lineup by matching account needs with phones, data plans, and Fiber tiers through warm sales conversations.
- Review current bills, device usage, and household habits to identify account gaps that AT&T solutions can resolve with clear sales value.
- Illustrate the difference AT&T Fiber makes by running quick speed checks or hotspot demos that highlight real‑world performance improvements.
- Assist new accounts with device setup, plan walkthroughs, billing explanations, and AT&T app activation to ensure a smooth start.
- Maintain organized account notes that support timely follow‑ups, renewals, referrals, and long‑term sales growth.
