The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an AT&T Retail Associate in the Oak Brook, IL area.

In this entry-level sales position, you’ll work directly with customers in face-to-face retail and promotional environments, representing AT&T products and services. You’ll help customers learn about available wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options while assisting them throughout the sales and enrollment process.

This position offers full paid training, weekly pay, a gas stipend, uncapped performance-based bonuses, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities for individuals looking to build experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, and leadership.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T products and services in retail and promotional environments

• Engage directly with customers through professional face-to-face interactions

• Educate customers on AT&T wireless plans, devices, promotions, and available service options

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services

• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information

• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process

• Build positive customer relationships while delivering a strong customer experience

• Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals

• Maintain accurate information regarding customer interactions and sales

• Represent The Catalyst Corporation and the AT&T campaign professionally

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

• Collaborate with team members and management to support daily campaign goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment

• Positive, professional, and outgoing attitude

• Motivated by goals and performance-based opportunities

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Oak Brook, IL office

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing is helpful but not required

• Must be available for full-time hours
