As an AT&T Sales Ambassador, you will welcome customers to explore AT&T’s connectivity solutions, initiating friendly sales dialogues that prioritize education and transparency. The AT&T Sales Ambassador will clarify the benefits of fiber internet and wireless flexibility, ensuring every sales moment is supportive and professional.


Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Ambassador

  • Bring AT&T’s lineup to life by engaging customers in sales conversations about phones, data plans, and Fiber upgrades.
  • Host personalized sales demos where customers test devices, compare plan structures, and explore Fiber benefits in a hands‑on environment.
  • Qualify customer needs through lifestyle‑focused questions that uncover usage patterns and support tailored AT&T sales recommendations.
  • Present AT&T solutions using clear examples that show how wireless and Fiber upgrades eliminate common frustrations like slow speeds or outdated devices. 
  • Present AT&T solutions in clear, everyday language that connects directly to customer challenges like slow speeds or outdated devices.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by converting conversations into new accounts, upgrades, and multi‑line opportunities.

Qualities of an AT&T Sales Ambassador

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Adjusts communication style to match different customer personalities.
  • Uses strong questions to uncover streaming, work, and device habits.
  • Demonstrates AT&T Fiber value through simple, real‑world examples.
