B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Help execute customer care and B2B sales strategies to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and follow up with business clients in person
  • Leverage customer insights to recognize market trends, define target audiences, and identify business growth opportunities
  • Drive sales growth by supporting lead generation, prospecting new business clients, and managing follow-up communications
  • Engage with potential customers throughout the full sales cycle. This includes the entire process from initial contact to closing the sale
  • Maintain and organize customer records in our CRM system to ensure accurate and efficient client management
  • Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics to support performance improvements and strategic planning
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and managing client documentation

B2B Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for customer service, customer care, and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
  • A creative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically and outside the box

This performance-based role offers uncapped commission earnings, with compensation tied directly to outcomes. Compensation is based solely on closed deals and their outstanding commissions. Average income reflects real-world success in the position.
