- Educate customers on AT&T’s 5G capabilities and Fiber advantages in everyday language that supports sales conversations.
- Assist with device setup and account activation, creating a positive first impression that increases loyalty and future upgrade potential.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell AT&T solutions based on customer usage, household size, and connectivity needs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present AT&T promotions, trade‑in deals, and bundled offers that drive sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities for device upgrades, plan enhancements, or Fiber installation.
