Operator Answer internal and external phone calls in a professional manner within a prescribed time frame. Answer internal and external phone calls according to established scripts and Marriott standards. Promptly route calls to their destination. Respond to hotel guests requests in a timely manner. Answer dispatch and log incoming calls from all departments.
Conduct pre arrival planning for same day and next day reservations. Utilize the Guest Experience Platform (GXP Software) to log, track, and respond to guest requests and issues. Work in unison with Manager on Duty and all Departments of the resort to ensure all guest needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
