The Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) is recruiting for an ATC Supervising Automated Systems Analysts II who will bridge technical execution and people leadership, ensuring endpoint services are delivered securely, efficiently, and consistently while advancing organizational maturity in endpoint management and IT service management practices.

Additionally, incumbents will oversee management IT service management (ITSM) activities, including the use of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, application packaging, patching, mobile device management (MDM), compliance, asset management, and device lifecycle operations; ensures effective execution of incident, request, problem, and change management processes; monitors service performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs); and applies Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and support secure joiner, mover, and leaver processes aligned with a least-privilege access mindset, while supporting team development through coaching, training, cross-functional skill development and performance management.

Minimum Requirements

CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • EXPERIENCE: Must possess three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience, within the last five (5) years, supporting and administering Microsoft Windows systems in a current Microsoft Active Directory network. Experience should include a minimum of two (2) years as a lead or supervisor over technical-level IT staff. Experience may be concurrent.
  • EDUCATION: Must possess thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed, college level coursework in Information Technology OR Certification as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA A+, or Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification. Transcripts and/or Certificates MUST be attached to the application.

Education Substitution: One (1) additional year of qualifying experience may substitute for the required education or certificate.

NOTE: Qualifying degrees or coursework must be completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education. Degrees or coursework completed outside the U.S. must be accompanied with an evaluation report from a reputable credential evaluation service showing equivalency to degrees or coursework completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education. Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising or leading IT professional and projects in an IT work environment, specifically with end-user computing and support. Skills related to communication, teamwork, leadership, training, customer service and decision-making is desirable. Related coursework/certification is also desirable.
