SPECIAL STRONGAthlete Marketing Manager

Compensation: Base salary starting at $80,000, plus bonus opportunities
Special Strong is an adaptive fitness franchise serving children, adults, and veterans with disabilities. We have
35 operating franchises, 48 sold franchises, and 90 total territories across 20 states. We are adding
3 to 6 new franchises per month.
We are looking for a hands on marketer to strengthen athlete acquisition as we scale and prepare for a
potential strategic partnership in 2027 or 2028. You will help franchise owners reach more athletes, improve local marketing performance, and build a repeatable approach that supports our next stage of growth and beyond.
What you will own
•
Drive athlete acquisition across operating territories
•
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and bookings
•
Support new location launches with effective local marketing
•
Improve local visibility across digital channels
•
Partner with franchise owners to strengthen local marketing and lead follow up
•
Track performance and take action when a territory falls behind
Success means generating qualified leads and bookings at a sustainable cost, helping franchise owners grow their athlete communities.
What you bring
• At least three years of personally building and managing Meta campaigns, with results you can explain
• Experience running localized campaigns across multiple locations, franchise systems, or local service businesses
• Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and local search
• The ability to work directly with franchise owners and address performance issues clearly
• The discipline to track results and report problems before someone has to ask
Compensation
Base salary ranges from
$80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and scope, with additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
