Position details
Job Summary
The Athletic Events Staff will report to the Ticket/Facility Manager. The main responsibility is for game operations for (7) Division I sports (Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Men's & Women's Basketball, Softball and Baseball).

Help set up and break down of facilities for each athletic event
Ushering
Ticketing
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Additional game day and event duties as required
Minimum Requirements
Must be a current MSU student
Must maintain satisfactory academic progress
Must feel comfortable using nominal judgment and possess basic analytical or decision-making skills
Must have the ability to understand and to follow written and verbal instructions
No specific education or specialized skills are required
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge of athletics preferred. Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements Working Conditions
Due to the high level of responsibility and time required, this position works outside of regular working hours. Duties require evening and some weekend work. Occasionally during holiday periods. Work can be outside as well as inside (depending on sport). Semi-casual attire.
