POSITION OVERVIEW
West Ottawa Public Schools is seeking a dependable, highly organized Athletic Operations Coordinator to support the High School Athletic Director with daily operational needs. This role strengthens the coordination and supervision of athletic events through support in site supervision, event setup, student eligibility processes (grade checks), transportation coordination, communication, and logistical planning across all athletic seasons.
This position is ideal for a proactive team member who thrives in fast-paced environments, values student success, and enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that ensures safe, smooth, and positive game-day experiences.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
