What You'll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with schools, teams, and athletic organizations
• Present and sell custom athletic apparel, gear, and services
• Hit (and exceed) sales targets with confidence and consistency
• Be the go-to for your clients—before, during, and after the sale
• Keep relationships strong with consistent follow-up and communication
• Create tailored presentations that show real value to each client
• Stay sharp on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in outside sales (bonus points for sports apparel or team sales)
• Strong communication skills. You connect easily and build trust quickly
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win the right way
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball
• Comfortable using CRM tools to track and manage your pipeline
• Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
